I would only like to add a couple of my own.

• Take a large handkerchief and make a sling. Hook the sling around your balls. (You should be kneeling down or standing up to get the best out of this). Now as you pull on the foreskin with your dominant hand, give a sharp jerk on the handkerchief with your left hand, so that as the one hand goes down, the other goes up. You'll find that this can often double the sensation you feel.
• Just as you are about to cum, try pressing down firmly on the bone just above the base of the penis on your belly. This gives a sensational orgasm, and can also help you cum when you find it difficult.
